After a few months of building our local community, it was time for our first ever meet-up. HALF of our member base showed up! In the big scary city 'Antwerp' in Belgium.

The meet was hosted during a christmas market, but it was pretty calm that day. This became our yearly tradition even! Each year we return to this same christmas market.

At this meet-up we found the amazing, legendary Loempia Lady (loempia = spring roll). As we bought some delicious Loempia.. she came forward to us 'are you therians?', our mouths dropped to the ground. She knew! We ended up talking about therianthropy, she spoke about how she knew about us from america but never expected to see therians in Belgium. She was the kindest woman! She took plenty of pictures and asked cute.. sometimes awkward questions.. 'do you sniff eachothers butts?' hahaha.
