This decision was made based on the belgian & dutch laws/restrictions related to COVID-19. Aswell as based on general sense of safety & responsibility towards our members.

- The next meet-up will (likely) be organized in a big nature park in The Netherlands

- Plans exist to hold a one-week-long 'howl' in the future, this will involve a registration cost to cover for food, shelter etc.

HOW DO I REGISTRATE AS MEET ATTENDEE?

1. Registrate as Community Member (see "Become A Member")

2. WEBSITE: Fill in the meet-form received through the mailing list. FACEBOOK: vote 'attending' on the eventpage.

CAN MY CARETAKER ATTEND?

Parents, Siblings,.. are welcome at the beginning of the meet.

The Admin Team is always willing to (video)chat upfront with anyone who may have questions.

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

Every Community Member who attends a meet-up has the right to bring 1 non-member friend along.
These should always be registered upfront. (And be 13+ years old)

I don't want to get filmed

Clear film-agreements will be discussed Before the meet. We do our best to keep anyone from the screen who wishes not to be on it.

I want to film

Approval of the staff will need to be given to be allowed to film on the meet-ups.

Small phone-pictures and videos are allowed as long as everyone on-screen is okay with it.
